Information we collect
Our mailing list store personal information such as your name, address, telephone number and email details that you have provided. If you book a performance you may wish to give us further information (e.g. dietary requirements – this may have to be shared with a third party).
Sharing this information
This information is collected for internal administrative purposes only.
Records of cheque or cash payments for performances will be be kept for 6 years in accordance with tax law. If you make a gift aid payment details of this too will be retained for 6 years. If in the future we offer electronic payment methods we will follow the required guidelines regarding retention and details will never be passed to 3rd parties.
Why we need this information
We will send you information about upcoming performances by means of email or post whichever you prefer – so we need an email and full postal addresses. Tickets will be sent out either by email (for home printing) or post again as you prefer. We would only telephone you in the event of a late change/cancellation of a performance or if we have a problem with your email, postal address or payments.
How long we retain this information
Personnel details will only be retained as long as it is current. For payment records see 3 above.
Your rights to access, change or remove your information.
You have the right to a copy of the information we have on record and the right to ask us to amend or remove your personal information at any time. You can do this by post or email.
Protecting your information
The Information commissioner’s Office’s recommendation are followed.
We will only use your personal information to send you information about the Theatreroom (Bretforton Grange) Ltd performances if you have requested us to do so and you can ask us to amend or delete that information at any time.
We will never share your information with third parties except as mentioned above or when the law requires it.
